Kiddo's Kitchen Challenge

Kiddo’s Kitchen Challenge was created to fulfill a desire for creating unique meals using only vegan ingredients. What better way to create spontaneous and unique dishes than to have your ingredients randomly picked?

Each Monday morning, four items will be randomly chosen to inspire a spontaneous vegan creation with a recipe posted by Saturday afternoon. Two vegetables, one protein and one grain will be put to the test to make a delicious and healthy meat-free dish. Other ingredients may be added, but the bulk of the recipe's flavor has to come from the four ingredients chosen.

On the last Sunday of each month, there will be a re-creation recipe posted. Re-creation recipes are recipes that take a vegan twist on a common meaty meal.
